Breadboard Dining Table

This table features two table sections. Each one is made with two book matched board sets. They are joined in the middle with a cross grain section and similarly capped at both ends. Sliding dovetails are used to join the sections permitting natural expansion and contraction without damaging the joint.

TRESTLE DINING TABLE

CLARO WALNUT & WENGE

Table measures 46 x 88 and comfortably seats eight. The base is solid walnut from reclaimed orchard logs. The top is veneered walnut in the center with a wenge frieze folded over the edge for a subtle waterfall effect.

Hand cut dovetails join the top, bottom, and sides. Two sliding doors reveal adjustable shelves inside.
